Over the weekend I turned the big 25. Now I’m officially an adult. I can rent cars without an additional fee. Also, I think I am now in the other checkbox (25-50) when filling out surveys. How depressing!
My birthday was great! I enjoyed good steak, pizza, desserts, hot dogs, etc. I got a Tokidoki bag, Harry Potter, and gift cards for more makeup. I guess my friends are trying to tell me to put on more make-up. Haha!
Tonight is John Mayer. I am so excited. I’ve been waiting since March (when I bought the tickets). A co-worker said he’d try to get me first row seats, but I’m not sure I’ll get them anymore since he hasn’t said anything since Friday. It’s okay because row 9 is pretty awesome. Yay!

I finally received my John Mayer tickets from Musictoday. Who knew the USPS would try to deliver it to a business on Saturday? I am in Section A Row 9. I CANNOT WAIT! I just hope someone will be able to go with me.
What a great contest

I would love to attend the 4th Annual Dumpling Eating Contest. I don’t think I’d be able to eat 33 dumplings in 2 minutes though. The past few days have been really humid and hot. Our company party is tomorrow night, so I’m crossing my fingers that the weather will be decent. I’m going to be all dressed up for this event. There may be some pictures posted. I can’t wait to celebrate! I got sick during our holiday party so I had to leave about 30 minutes after I got there. It was pretty sad. 
Oh in other news, my John Mayer tickets are being sent out tomorrow. Yay! Only 8 days until I see my boyfriend and 14 days until I see John Mayer. Isn’t that great? How’s everyone doing?
Whoa, it’s July?

Wow, the summer is flying by! My birthday is in 20 days. It’s actually kind of frightening. I am NOT looking forward to it. Anyway, the weather was so great this weekend. It was low humidity and in the 80s: perfect summer weather! Last night, my friends and I had our Game Night at Whole Foods. They have this area with all these board games. Last week we played Phase 10. It was my first time playing and I almost won! 
On Saturday, we also played Phase 10, but this time I won. I was quite proud of myself since I got stuck on a phase for awhile, but came back to win it all!
Work has been a bit stressful, but that’s nothing new. I would rather be busy than bored to death and doing nothing. It definitely helps the time go by.
