Lazy summer

Wow I didn’t realize that I haven’t updated my site in awhile. I just came back from a wonderful weekend in Florida. It was relaxing and I enjoyed every minute of it with my boyfriend. It was extremely hot and humid though. My days in Taipei have trained me for this weather, so it wasn’t too bad.
In other news, my little sister is graduating high school tomorrow. I am so proud of her. I wish I could be there in the audience, but instead I’ll be stuck at work. Hopefully, my family will have a celebration this weekend and I’ll be there! Work is good. I’m excited for our company party on July 12th. It’s going to be fancy schmancy! I better pick a nice dress for this occasion.

I caved. I turned on the A/C for about three hours last night. Then I sucked it up and turned it off and used my fan. Yesterday, I went out for dinner with my college friend. It was unbelievably humid and I was very unhappy. I even brought a denim jacket because I thought it was going to get cooler at night. I was very wrong. Then my friend wanted to go to a bar and I said that I was going. I am definitely not a happy camper when I’m hot and sweaty.
Is it bad that a big reason why I go to the gym these days is for the free air conditioning? Speaking of which, time for cardio kickboxing.
