I’m running out of topics

I’ve been tagged again. I’m such an easy target since my entries are usually pointless.

In other news, I’m waiting for a new iPod. I feel so naked without it. Also, I must go to bed because my roommate and I are starting a 6:30 am gym regimen. Let’s see how long this lasts!

Why I’m food obsessed

Only I would bother responding to posting on the famous craigslist.org. Actually, my friend forwarded me the posting on Tuesdsay and I immediately e-mailed the author about my love for Trader Joe’s. For those who don’t live in New York City, TJ’s is finally opening a store in Union Square! This will be great because it will be in direct competition with Whole Foods. Anyhow, the said journalist e-mailed me back and asked if I’d do a phone interview with her. I replied and said I’d only do it if she portrayed TJ’s in a positive light. She said yes, so I agreed to do the interview for Wednesday.

She called a bit late on Wednesday, but I admit I was waiting by my cell phone. I picked up and then the interview began. She asked me questions on why I love Trader Joe’s and I answered with specific items that I love there. It was kind of pathetic. I bet she was laughing inside. Anyhow after 15 minutes she said she had enough quotes from me and would be finishing up this article this weekend and submit it on Monday. She would call me if she had anymore questions. I said great and then asked what she was writing this for. She informed me it would be a reflections piece in the NY Times! How crazy is that? I’m interested in reading her piece. I just hope she doesn’t make me sound like a big loser.

Okay well tomorrow is my little sister’s 18th birthday. I can’t believe she’s so old! That just means that I’m that much older. ( Happy Birthday Jessica!

This weekend is Chinese New Year’s, and it’s MY year! Year of the Dog (finally!). Wow. So I probably won’t be posting because I’ll be busy celebrating. D

Good night!

Mmm dim sum

Delicious shrimp dumplings at my favorite dim sum place in Flushing–Gum Fong.

To view other food pictures, click here. Speaking of food, I spent $3.19 for one can of Campbell’s Select Italian-Style Wedding Soup.

I blame this on Jane and Chris’s doing! Now I’m asking my lovely mom to buy me some more! Although it’s way overpriced in NYC, it was definitely worth it. It went very nicely with my pepper jack grilled cheese )

In other news, GO STEELERS!!! D

Please help me find a new apartment in NYC! I can’t live in this “mini apartment” any longer! Good night.:tired:

P.S. Is it normal to cry during every episode of this show? I love Jennifer Love Hewitt!
