I’m back at home where central air is comforting and quiet. I made the “trek” back to the Island yesterday. I would only go back if my parents had dinner with me at my favorite noodle restaurant. And we did. I had some delicious beef noodle soup. Accompanied with some tasty scallion pancakes. Mmm. And I topped it off with some spinach and lobster.

After dinner we decided to go to TenRen’s where a disgruntled worker took my order. I must have really made his day when I decided to change the size of my drink to large. My drink still tasted pretty delicious even though the guy was really mad. I had a passion fruit green tea without any tapioca balls. Mmm mm!

Our last stop in Flushing was my favorite Taiwanese bakery. I bought a few baked goods. I had one today for breakfast.

Now we’re heading out to see “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” and then we’re going to Costco!! I’m going to buy a ton of stuff. I love home!
