Happy Halloween!
Oct 31st
I hope everyone ate some good candy today. I know I did. Now, we have so much candy leftover since no kids came to our house.
Okay, only about 5 kids came. I will NOT be tempted by the candy!
Good night readers!

Happy Birthday!

Today is John Mayer’s 27th Birthday. Just thought I’d give him a little shout out since I know he visits my page. Haha. I hope you have a good one Mr. Mayer. Keep making good music!
Funny story at the gym
Oct 10th
I just thought I’d make an attempt in writing about something that did not happen to me. Today, I went to the gym for my step aerobics class. My mom and I decided to try out the showers at the gym. I showered and was drying my hair with a hair dryer, when this girl about 25 came into the locker room with her towel around her head and body. She the proceeds to open her locker. At this time I can see all this from the mirror while I’m drying my hair. So, she tries to open her locker like 10 times at least. Then she asked me for help. I told her to try to go right left right since that’s how my lock works. I then tried to open her lock. She was very puzzled because she had just opened her lock before she went to shower. I too was puzzled. After trying for another 5 minutes (her and I both), she said she would probably need to get someone to break the lock since all her clothes were in the locker. I told her I would go get someone from the front since it would be pretty embarrassing to walk out in the gym wearing only a towel! The girl at the front desk came back wtih me with this huge plier thing. I guess they don’t have a master key for all locks. She tried to break the lock and she couldn’t since she’s tiny. She then asked if I could do it. HAHA! I have the puniest arms ever, but I gave it my best shot. I even stood on the bench and tried. Nope, didn’t work. So the gym girl aske dher manager to come into the ladies’ locker room. He broke the lock in 2 seconds and they were off on their merry way. The girl who couldn’t open her locker then realized that the contents in the locker were NOT hers. HAHAHAHA. I’m like maybe it’s in the next aisle of lockers? She found her lock and did her original combination, and it opened. So basically, there is a woman who no longer has a lock, and I wonder if she’ll be able to find her stuff because her lock is GONE! The girl who couldn’t open the wrong lock felt horrible, but what can you do? She thought about giving the lady her lock, but then the lady wouldn’t know the combination. I just told the girl to leave as soon as possible since the gym was closing in 20 minutes, and the real owner of the now defunct lock would be coming back shortly. Anyway, at the beginning of the ordeal, I was thinking about asking the girl if she had the right lock. She seemed so sure about the combination and mentioned that she had just opened it before her shower, so I figured she must be right.
Tomorrow is Columbus Day, but lucky me gets to work. Maybe I will get to leave early since my boss won’t be in. He’s on vacation in upstate NY with his family. Lucky him
This weekend was nice. I went to Woodbury Commons again and bought some work clothes. I almost bought a pair of Diesel jeans, but I don’t think they made my butt look that great. I figure once I get a real job, I will go buy myself a hot pair of jeans. Also, at the outlet store, they didn’t have all the different jeans a normal store would have. I did some research on the jeans today, and I found out that the model I tried were part of the slim fit jeans, and I’m definitely not slim enough to be wearing slim fit jeans. My legs are CHUNKY!
Last night’s game against the Twins was pretty awesome. I can’t believe we came back from 5-1 to win. Go Yankees!
I tried to buy tickets to the ALCS and they are all sold out on the yankees website. Then I went to some bidding sites and bleacher seats are $184/ticket. Isn’t that insane? They are usually $10! Incredible. I guess I will just have to watch it on TV.
I’m going to bed now. Good night!
I hope everyone had a good weekend. Happy Columbus Day!
By the way, who has seen Eminem’s new music video, “Just Lose It”? He totally disses Michael Jackson. It’s kind of funny. At one point, his nose falls off. HAHA. I know that’s horrible and mean, but you must admit it’s funny (a little).
New lyrics!
Oct 7th
Nothing really to update about. I just thought I’d put have the “Guess the Lyrics” contest once again.
Here are the lyrics:
“So little time
Try to understand that I’m
Trying to make a move just to stay in the game
I try to stay awake and remember my name
But everybody’s changing and I don’t feel the same”
That’s the chorus, so it’s the biggest clue from the song obviously! Same rules apply. NO GOOGLING. Here are some hints: It’s not by Gavin DeGraw or John Mayer. In fact, the artist is not even American. How about that?
TGIF. Have a great holiday guys!
YAY!! :)
Oct 7th
GO MATSUI AND JETER!
What a great game. My little heart couldn’t bear to watch the entire game. It’s definitely going to be a long series. Please, get your act together!
In other news, I thought I broke Movabletype, but I fixed it. Yay for my SQL skills.
