Back in the Empire State

Grace and I survived yet another trip back to NY from Pittsburgh. I tried so hard to stay up during the entire drive, but I only got about 4 hours of sleep the night before, so it didn’t happen. Grace had to follow my dad for about 6 hours on I-80. My dad has the tendency to switch lanes a lot. It was almost like playing tag. Haha.

I unpacked 3 suitcases today and a couple of boxes. This whole unpacking thing will take me awhile, but I am determined to finish within 2 weeks. We’ll see how that goes. I signed on AIM to see that almost no one was online from CMU. It’s really hard for me to realize that college is indeed over, and that I need to move on. I have this fear that all the friends I made over the 4 years will just forget about me. I’m sad that I made so many new friends and acquaintances during the last 2 weeks of college. If only I had met them earlier. I wonder what kind of friends we could have been.

In other news, I discovered that after packing up my entire apartment, I forgot to pack my beloved Venus razor. Now I have to go buy another one; those don’t come cheap. I am heartbroken. RIP Venus Razor #1.
