I would like to point out how crappy the weather has been. On Tuesday, there was so much slush, I had to change my socks twice in one day. I stepped in so many dirty slush puddles I lost count! Now it’s super cold again. I actually asked my friend to see if he was driving to school for our night class. I never ask people for rides! Good thing the class was cancelled due to our professor’s illness.
In other news, I ordered two interview books from Amazon. I decided to buy a cd too because I wanted to qualify for the free shipping. Why should I pay 5 dollars for shipping when I don’t get the package any faster? I got a confirmation e-mail on Tuesday that my stuff had been shipped out. By Wednesday morning, my books were already in Pittsburgh. I love it! I got the Josh Kelley cd. I got it because it was only $10.99 and it was recommended by Amazon! I listened to some songs on the site, and I recognized his first single, “Amazing”. I’m not sure where I’ve heard it from, but it’s pretty good.
Next Tuesday I have my first quiz for Business Law. On Thursday I have my International Relations mid-term. On Friday I have my interview with fun Deloitte. I’m really nervous for the interview. I learned from one of my interview books, that it’s worse not to have any questions for your recruiter than to show up late or even look bad. This weekend I will need to come up with at least ten questions to ask my recruiter.
Grace’s parents are coming today and we are going to Wal-mart. I’m really excited. I have my shopping list all ready! I wonder when Spring will get here because I’m tired of all this snowy, cold, and windy weather!
hai teresa! well, enjoy the snow while it lasts. ain’t any fun living down here where there never is snow
hey terry, come up with 10 but don’t ask 10! i think asking 3-5 questions would be enough, depending on how much time you have left in the interview..i’m sure you’ll do great! email me if you have any questions!
