today i was pretty swamped with all these photocopying jobs. i basically had to recreate 5 huge binders for one of the employees. i love how everything in the binder is stapled, so i have to unstaple it to photocopy and then restaple it. it’s kind of annoying. the copier staples are harder to pull out too. grr. i think i’m getting better at pulling them out with the staple remover. today was yet another hot and humid day. i’m lucky enough not to have to be outside for most of the day, but the commute back sucks. first i have to walk from my office to grand central at 4:45 p.m. the sun is still out and strong. boy was i hot! then after i get off at 179th street, i have to wait for what it seems like an eternity (really like 5 minutes), for the bus. it’s sooo hot. sometimes the bus’s air-conditioner is broken too. ack. anyway, i hear the yankees are winning even with crappy weaver pitching. that’s kind of exciting right? tomorrow is wednesday, and we all know what that means….mid-week party! woohoo. my days seem to go by way faster when i have things to do. after lunch, everything just zooms by. it’s kinda good. i just hope i don’t have reception duty (again) for lunch. i really wonder what they would do without me!! who would fill in for the receptionist when she has her summer fridays? hrm. i guess probably an administrative assistant. two more people are leaving kpr on friday. that makes 3 in two weeks. crazyyyyyyy. there are so many empty cubicles at my office. no wonder i got my own cubicle with a computer. hehe. anyway, i guess i will chat with my friends for a little bit, and then head to bead. maybe i will finally finish harry potter. i’m on like page 550 now or something. i read until 1 am last night. i’m a bad girl. i just get so caught up in the book. :/ gnite <3
