had a long day today. i had this whole plan that i would leave work at 5:00 p.m. and then take the bus to downtown flushing. once there i would go to the 7 subway station to buy an emergency metrocard so i won’t have to pay $1.50 in coins when my current metrocard runs out. my boss tells me that she has a closing at 3:00 p.m. she leaves late as usual and only gives me 4 things to do while she’s gone. i’m done in 30 minutes so i begin playing solitaire and hearts. i get so bored. anyway at around 4:45 p.m., i call diana and tell her my plans about buying some things at hong kong supermarket. then at 4:50 p.m. my boss calls and tells me to call amerasia bank and ask them if they can wait for us because we need to drop off some documents. we finally get to the place at like 5:20 p.m. then i go in and some stupid guy is like oh the lady left blahblahblah and spends like 10 minutes (it felt like 10 minutes) looking at all the documents. i was going to say like “we can come back another time”. finally he’s like we’ll keep these and then notarize them later. blah! so i get back into the car and inform my boss of what happened, and she’s like ok, and she’s like where do you need to go? i tell her, and she drops me off. once at the store i run through the aisles and buy the items on my list. i finish by 5:55 p.m. i know hong kong supermarket very well. actually, i was having problems finding the ramen section; who would have thought? hehe. anyway we come home and i tell diana about how i left the empty garbage can right in front our front door and how i was hoping a certain someone would actually put it away. lo and behold, we arrive home and there the garbage can is put away! i was amazed. that almost made my day. this is probably why i decided to stir fry some chinese vegetables for jessica and i. it turned out pretty good. tasted just like mom’s! after dinner i showered and decided to nap since i was beat. i woke up at 9:30 p.m. and here i am: slightly refreshed. anyway, that’s about it to my boring day in flushing. byebye <3

hello, i had a great weekend. now i feel that i must respond to an issue a certain family member has pointed out to me. this member was upset that i blogged about him/her. in fact he/she demanded i remove all blogs concerning him/her. he/she was afraid of his/her privacy online. anyway, i got kind of upset, but i guess i understand his/her point of view. i just feel that i should be able to write about anything i want. i already self-censor myself because i’m aware my family reads this. i just wanted to get some things off my chest yesterday. i did not talk badly about a family member; just pointed out some obvious facts. anyway, i thought i should be allow to address this issue on my own website. i will be sure not to mention this particular family member in my blogs again.

in other news, i didn’t do that much this weekend, but it doesn’t matter to me. my boyfriend came over this weekend and after an hour discussion, my family and i decided we would have dinner near roosevelt field mall at 6:30 p.m. after arguing between chili’s, tgif, and macaroni grill, we ended up going to bertucci’s after dinner, my boyfriend and i watched “robin williams live in new york city”. i never knew mr. williams was such a dirty ole’ man. he sweats like a pig as well! he also enjoys grabbing his crotch while performing. today, after waking up at 11:30 a.m., my boyfriend and i decided we’d go to roosevelt field mall so i could use my $50 gap giftcard that i received form my generous cousin, alice. thanks! we ended up just eating lunch there and then we went home because i felt sick. i had a stomach ache. i’m such a baby when i’m sick. =/ i felt bad since my boyfriend drove us to the mall and all we did was eat ranch 1. we went to stop and shop and bought cranberry juice because i think i have a urinary tract infection. i’ve been peeing a lot. it’s kind of disturbing. i want my mommy! i took a 2.5 hour nap in my parents room. my stomach ache is finally over for now. ok well i’ve blogged enough for today. i love when people leave me cool comments on my site. i read every one of the comments you guys leave. thanks so much! <3

it’s official: my parents are gone for two weeks! party party! just kidding, i’d never do such a thing! i get to take care of angelic princess jessica. i’m so excited! *sarcasm*. anyway, i went to the library and returned all my tapes and movies. i got more movies to watch. it’s awesome that i can take out tapes at my local library and i get an entire week to watch them. it’s free too. =p woo. ok well i’ll blog later. <3

stories like this only make me more anti-china. grr. i know i’m a bit behind with the news. my friends mentioned this article earlier, but i thought i’d link to it now. i really don’t understand how the chinese government can sleep at night when they are allowing such practices to occur in their own nation. anyway, go read it now! be informed.

hey guys! sorry for not blogging for a couple of days. so on friday, my mom and i watched “the emperor and the assassin”. i borrowed the tape from the library. it’s a chinese movie with gong li. she’s so pretty. hehe. i took a two hour nap from 8-10 p.m. before watching the movie. when i was in the family room with my mom, my mom told me she was watching channel 9. i thought she said 29 so i entered “29″, and lo and behold it was food network! my favorite cable channel! i was screaming happily. =) cablevision told us that it was a premium channel, therefore we never had it before. my mom told me to add the channel to our tv, and i did so. we still have it! my life is complete. after the movie, my mom and i just made it in time for the 1 am iron chef. it was great. morimoto won again. wooooohoooo. he’s the coolest chef.

yesterday i went to olive garden and my friend and i watched the yankees game on tv. they won in the 11th inning. 9-8 baby. i watched “road to perdition” starring tom hanks. it was really good. it was very “american beauty” like. i can’t believe neither loews movie theaters near the mall were showing it. i had to go to the stadium theater in westbury on brush hollow road to see it. hehe. it was very worth it. so today is my last day being a teenager. kinda depressing. i’m going to morton’s tonight. i heard it has really good steak. i hope it is worth the money! hehe. i’m still trying to get jessica to bake me a cake. i have a feeling i will end up baking my own birthday cake. boohoo. see how much my sister loves me? hehe. ok well i’m done babbling for now. <3

haha, so i found more funny comic strips @ angrylittleasiangirl.com. actually, my friend found this specific comic strip. hahaha. it’s hilarious. everyone go read it. =) by the way, i am done with my root canal. i am free! my dentist told me i’ve earned myself a free check up before i go to school. lucky me. after spending almost $3000 for all the cavities and root canal, i get a free check up. how asian like! anyway i’m outties. <3

i had a nice weekend. i went out with my friend. first we went to best buy where i could do more research on the digital camera i want for my birthday. yes my birthday is in 8 days. i can’t believe it! after best buy, we went to the mall and i bought capris at american eagle. they were on sale for $25. not bad! they are pretty cool too. before we new it it was 7 pm, so we went to olive garden to eat dinner, but there was an hour long wait. so we decided to just go to jillian’s and hope there was food. lucky for us, jillian’s served food. after eating a grilled chicken sandwich (it was pretty good!), we bowled. i am very bad in bowling. first the ball was too heavy, but then i found a 6 lb ball. yes i know, i’m weak. then i started to bowl a lot better. during my last game, i even bowled a strike! that’s a big deal for me. i also got a couple of spares. around 10 pm, this guy asks me to show him id, because it’s supposed to be 21 and over. last time we went to jillian’s, we asked if they carded, they said that as long as you come before 9, you’re ok. what liars! anyway, we were bored of bowling, so we left. hehe. tomorrow i have work. whoppee. i enjoy working because i only work like 6 hours. i also have long lunch breaks where i get to talk to my cool boss. she gives me a lot of food: yogurt, fruit, vegetables, and juice. i’m only working on monday and thursday this week. i have my last dentist appointment on tuesday! wooha. i’m so happy! i also volunteered to be a mentor to an incoming freshman business major. i thought it might be fun. we also get free pizza. haha. what an incentive!

hello! i survived my first day on the job. i arrived at the office a few minutes before 11:00 a.m. my boss wasn’t even there yet. i kept ringing the buzzer. then i see her coming in from the outside. hehe. anyway, i did a lot of typing today. i had to do all these legal documents. stuff i don’t even understand. my dad’s company is one of her clients, so it was kind of cool to see what he does. anyhow, why do asian companies have dialup for their internet? for 10 bucks more, they can get broadband and everything will be so much faster. my dad’s office also uses aol.com. it kind of sucks. ok well i just realized that blogger cannot publish my blog at the moment, so i guess i will finish this blog later. grr.

now blogger is working and i have nothing to say. i’m just not in a blogging mood anymore. oh well you guys will have to wait until tomorrow!

i had a great weekend! i don’t really feel like sharing the my entire weekend with everyone who reads my site, so i’ll just tell you guys what happened yesterday. my family and i went to california pizza kitchen. mmm. i love honey wheat dough. delicious! after dinner we went to blockbuster and diana and i picked out “gosford park”. we both heard it was good. i also told diana that mr. ryan phillipe was in it. he’s hot! too bad he’s married. well, to keep a long story short, the movie was very complicated with many characters. i doubt my parents understood what was going on since i certainly wasn’t understanding all of it. my mom fell asleep. diana left early because she said she could only watch this type of movie during the day. this left my dad and i watching it. i got super sleepy and said that i had it with this movie and that i’d finish it later. haha. i have a dentist appointment tomorrow. wahh. i only have 2 more visits left though! no more root canal for teresa!

happy 4th of july!

i haven’t really done anything today. i just came back from food shopping in flushing. it’s sooo hot outside. i thought i was going to melt! i’m going to go to jones beach to watch the pretty fireworks tonight. hopefully my dad and i will get there early enough to get a good spot. i hope the traffic isn’t as crazy as the last time we were there. i decided to wear patriotic colors today. heehee. well i’ll blog more later. i hope you guys enjoyed merlin’s blog. it only took him 30 minutes to write! haha. laters!
